Application for AY2021 September Entry

◎For those who will enter ICU in September 2021 and want to live in the on-campus dormitories,  please click here for the detailed information and to proceed with the application.

◎Living Support Scholarship (exemption of 10 months of dormitory fees) for students whose nationality is countries in Asia, Central and South America or Africa is available. Please check the aplication guideline from here.

◎In case you are not admitted to the on-campus dormitories, ICU Service Co., Ltd. provides ICU students with information and consultation regarding off-campus housing such as general apartments, student apartment houses and off-campus student dormitories. It also offers a "Joint Application System" with several designated dormitories outside the university.  Please click here for details.

◎If you are interested in living with a Japanese family, homestay may be an option worth considering. However, homestay is not very common in Japan, and the number of host families is limited. ICU commissions the arrangement of homestay to Nextage Co., Ltd. Nextage introduces host families to students who are interested in homestay. If you wish to look for a host family in Tokyo, please contact Nextage directly.
