A gift to the future “Pay Forward Fund” Campaign (~January 31, 2026)

Since its foundation, donors have empowered ICU students with their contributions. The Pay Forward Fund has been established to hand over the baton of support to the next generation to make sure that no students will have to forgo the ICU experience for financial reasons.

【Outline of the Fundraising Campaign】

• Campaign Period：New applications until January 31, 2026
• Use of the Donations：Limited to “Pay Forward Fund”
• Commemorative Gifts：

1. 10,000 yen or more: [ICU Original Bottle] All donors. New applications of “Recurring Donation (Annual)” by credit card.
2. 30,000 yen or more: [ICU Soy Sauce] All donors. New applications of “Recurring Donation (Annual)” by credit card.

【Notes】

• Donation Application Period：
  New applications by January 31, 2026 will be eligible for the campaign. When making the donation with a credit card, the automatic reply mail must be dated on or before January 31. The date on the receipt will be the date the credit card company makes the payment to ICU, which is different from the day you apply for the donation via credit card.
  This time, commemorative gifts apply for those who made a new annual donation via credit card. Bank transfer or Bank Automatic Withdrawal are not applicable.

• Commemorative Gifts：Please note that only one commemorative gift would be sent per donor, even if multiple donations are made during the period.

• Delivery Method of Gifts:
  It will be delivered via postal mail to your designated address within Japan with a letter of appreciation and receipt of your donation. However, please note that delivering is only available within Japan.
  For donors via JICUF（for U.S. residents）or donors who reside outside of Japan, please specify the receiver’s address in Japan so that we can deliver it. Please let us know via email(foi@icu.a.cjp) titled “Gift Shipping Request.”

• Delivery Dates: Commemorative gifts would be delivered by the end of April 2026.

• Online Giving Forms：

1. Click “Recurring Donation (Annual)” in Donation Type.
2. Choose the amount you wish to donate. If you plan to donate 30,000 yen, select “Other” for Amount and type “30000” without a comma. Please make sure to use half-width (HANKAKU) numbers.
3. Follow the instruction shown in red letters if there is an error and unable to proceed further.
