◆ What to bring
Toiletries, towels, clothes hangers, tableware, room slippers, and other personal items for daily living.
Some tableware, cooking utensils, toaster ovens, and refrigerators left by former residents may be available for shared use.

Special Notes
1. Dormitory Meetings
Dormitory meetings are held once a month as a general rule, with the participation of all residents.
Reports from each committee and dormitory-specific rules necessary for smooth dormitory management are discussed.
Attendance is mandatory for all residents.
Penalties may be imposed on residents who are absent or late.
2. Duties
Duties such as cleaning are discussed and determined by the dormitory committees.
All residents are required to carry out their assigned duties according to a regular schedule.
3. Other
(1) The residence of the dormitory supervisor is located adjacent to the dormitory.
(2) Professional cleaning staff clean the shared areas (social room, kitchenette, bathrooms, toilets, hallways, and surrounding areas of the dormitory) three times a week.
(3) In addition to the dormitory fee, a dormitory association fee is collected to cover expenses necessary for dormitory management.

July: Summer recess (dormitories closed)
August: Summer recess (dormitories closed)
Autumn Term
September: Welcome Party and Initiation for September-entry Students
October: Dormitory Festival
Winter Term
December: Caroling
February: Farewell Party for April-entry Students
*In addition to the regular events listed above, exchange events with other dormitories (mainly Canada House, Third Women’s Dormitory, and Global House) are held during the academic term.

(2) During the academic term, dormitory meetings are generally held once a month. Attendance is required for all residents.
