Diplomatic and International Public Service (DIPS) Program 4th Commemorative Event was held on May 13.

It was structured with 2 sessions: the Morning Session with the panel discussion moderated by Ms. Hiroko Morita (ICU graduate, DIPS Advisor, and the former UN Staff) welcoming 3 UN staff (including 1 ICU graduate) and students’ report on the 2023 UN Seminar; and the Afternoon Session with the panel discussion moderated by Prof. Motohide Yoshikawa (former Japanese Ambassador to the UN) welcoming 3 ICU graduate diplomats.
