Diplomatic and International Public Service (DIPS) Program 5th Commemorative Event was held on May 11.

It was structured with two sessions.

In the morning session, Ms. Hiroko Morita (DIPS advisor, ICU alumnus, and former UN official) moderated the session, which started with an explanation of JPO by a Ministry of Foreign Affairs official. This was followed by a panel discussion with three UN officials (including one alumnus).
The afternoon session was moderated by Professor Motohide Yoshikawa, former Japanese Ambassador to the United Nations, and featured a panel discussion with ICU graduate diplomats.
