You can request one of the following goods with a donation of ￥1,000 ( or more than one with ￥2,000 and above). Please specify the goods you want to request in the 'Notes'.

2. The World of ICU Organs I (CD)
3. ICU 50th Anniversary Celebration (CD)
4. Rieger Organ Plastic document file folders.
- Delivery of the goods might take 2 months when you make donation via your credit card, as it takes 1-2 month(s) for us to confirm your giving.
- The goods will be sent from Sacred Music Center and the documents necessary for tax-free procedure including a receipt will be sent from Advancement Office.
- If you want to stay anonymous, your name will not be listed on printed documents issued by ICU.
