Mihara Mari
Mihara graduated from the organ course of Tokyo University of the Arts. After completing postgraduate studies at the same university, she pursued further studies at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Caen. In 2012, she won the Grand Prix at the 23rd Chartres International Organ Competition (Concours International d'Orgue de Chartres). She has been invited to perform at organ festivals across Europe, primarily in France, undertaking concert tours. Since returning to Japan, she has continued her wide-ranging activities, encompassing both performance and teaching. She is highly regarded for her supple interpretations of the French repertoire. She served as the fourth Hall organist at Muse Tokorozawa Civic Cultural Centre until March 2024 and is currently a lecturer at the Centre for Social Outreach and Collaboration at Toyo Eiwa University.
