As an Accepted Applicant, there are several steps you need to complete to confirm your planned enrollment.
This website provides you with the necessary information for completing these formal entrance procedures and making preparations to come to study at ICU.

Due to the differing government regulations that apply to Japanese citizens and others, we sometimes distinguish "Japanese Accepted Applicants" and "Non-Japanese Accepted Applicants" or "International Accepted Applicants." This in no way contradicts the University's fundamental principle of non-discrimination.

As explained, there are necessary "Steps" to your entrance to ICU.
An Accepted Applicant will become a student of ICU after completing these steps.
If documents do not arrive and/or payment is not completed by the indicated deadline, it will be understood that you have declined the admission offer.
So, please refer to the checklist applicable to your status and be sure to meet each of the deadlines.
