Homecoming "Honkan Pre-Renovation Open House – with love and thanks for Honkan" was held March 3.

On March 3 (Sun.), ICU and ICU Alumni Association together hosted the Homecoming 2024 “Honkan Pre-Renovation Open House – with love and thanks for Honkan”. Blessed with fine weather, more than 600 alumni, family members, and related people to ICU visited the University Hall. Plum blossoms in the lawn area were in full bloom and children's laughter, the powerful sound of the Wadaiko echoed through the campus. The University Hall was filled with joy and people enjoyed their time being an ICU student again.

Access to the University Hall has been restricted from March 11（Mon.）, and the renovation work has begun. It will focus on aseismic reinforcing, air-conditioning and IT-related work to ensure that ICU students can continue their studies for many years to come, while preserving the traditions and history of the University Hall.
We hope that all alumni will continue to watch over the "University Hall".
