Office hours from April 1

Thank you for your continued support of the ICU. 

With the spread of the new coronavirus spread, ICU has impact for cancellation of major events as well as others.  The students have to stay home and take the remote classes.  Based on the situation that it is in a critical stage to prevent further spread of coronavirus in the country, to consider the health of students, faculty members and visitors, we have decided the entering campus is principles of prohibition. 

 

As result, the work hours of the office staff has been changed from April 1.  The office counter (face to face) duties are not performed even during office hours.  Office hour will be changed by each department.  We will inform you that advancement office hour will change to the following hours.

Monday through Friday：10:00am-12:00pm、1:00pm-3:00pm

*Please note that we are unable to serve by window correspondence during this period.  If you have any urgent issues or concerns, please contact us by phone or e-mail.  We will try to response as early as possible.
