Cancellation of ICU Peace Bell Scholarship Award Ceremony (April) 2020

ICU has decided to cancel the Ceremony on April 1st, as well as our Matriculation Ceremony as a result of careful consideration of the Basic Policy due to the New Coronavirus Infections issued by the Ministry of Health and Labor and Welfare and current situation.   

We have come to this conclusion in order to prioritize the health and safety of the attendees. I greatly appreciate your understanding and support for our difficult decision.
