Thanks to your generous support, we have disbursed the " Emergency Support for Students with Financial Hardship caused by COVID-19" as follows:
Autumn Term 2020: 156 students / 65,595,300 yen
Winter Term 2020: 139 students / 59,976,800 yen
Total: 125,572,100 yen awarded to 295 students
We would like to report that the total amount of donations received, which reached 83,407,579 yen (as of the end of March), was fully allocated to these grants. The remaining shortfall was covered by government subsidies and university funds.
Although the fundraising period for the Emergency Support for Students with Financial Hardship caused by COVID-19 has now concluded, we remain committed to supporting our students through ICU's own scholarship programs to ensure that no student is hindered in their studies due to financial difficulties. We kindly ask for your continued support and engagement.
