The Matriculation (Admission) Fee, Tuition and Facilities Fee must be paid by the following date;

University fees are set according to your student status. Please refer to the invoice which you should have received together with a Notification of Acceptance and pay the required amounts before the deadlines.
If the requested payment is not completed by designated dates, it will be understood that you have decelined the admission offer.

  • After paying the fees, submit a copy of the proof of bank transfer immediately to the online submission form below.

  • Fees must be paid in Japanese YEN only.
  • Payment must be made by telegraphic transfer only.
  • Any other payment (made by cash, credit card, demand drafts or personal checks) is not acceptable.
  • Any service/handling charge for transferring the fees must be borne by the payer.
  • When payment is to be made from abroad, an additional 1,500 yen is required for handling charges for each transferring.
    Please ask your bank to remit directly (without intermediary bank) to our account with MUFG Bank, Ltd.
    If your bank uses an intermediary bank for remittance, we shall ask you to pay the extra fee to that intermediary.
  • Payment should be processed under the name of the new student for identification.
  • Enter the application number in the field entitled “Message to Payee”, “Purpose of Remittance” etc., when transferring the fees.
  • Matriculation(Admission) fee is non-refundable.
  • The tuition and facilities fee for the other two terms (Winter & Spring) are due at the beginning of each term.

Please be careful not to make a mistake in the amount of the payment or the payee.
Please make sure to check the invoice which you should have receieved together with a Notification of Acceptance and transfer the amount stated on the invoice to the designated bank account by the payment deadline.

The standard procedure for the payment AFTER you enter ICU

Regular/Transfer students:

Automatic withdrawal from a designated account of the student or the student’s guarantor in Japan which has been registered with the University

One-Year-Regular/Kenkyusei:

A bank transfer form will be sent.

The transfer should be made from a bank account in Japan and no remittance from abroad will be accepted.
