2. If you have been in *applicable countries/regions 【for more than 6 months within the past 3 years】, please undergo the chest x-ray in a medical institution.

Regarding applicable countries/regions, please check the Health Information Form (16: Regarding Tuberculosis test).

If not applicable, you do not need to undergo the chest X-ray.
(*Based on Global Tuberculosis reports and other information published by the World Health Organization (WHO), the countries indicated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) are covered.)
