Group Donations（Friends of ICU）
A group of like-minded donors can get together to donate a sizable sum for a certain purpose.
Currently, group donations can be made for the following purposes.
- Fundraising for Renovation of the East Wing of the Diffendorfer Memorial Hall（JPY 200 thousand or more）
- Named Rooms Project（more than JPY 1 million）
- Fundraising for Construction of the New Educational Facility Naming rights（Various facilities from JPY 4 million）
- Fund of ICU Scholarship (brochure is currently only available in Japanese)（JPY 5 million or more）
- New Student Dormitories Fundraising Campaign Courtyard（JPY 1.5 million or more）
Please consult with the Advancement Office if you wish to donate for purposes other than the above.

How to make the payment
You can either pay together, or each individual in the group can make the donation on their own. If the representative makes the payment on behalf of the group, he/she should notify us of the other donors’ names and their donations. If each individual pays by him/herself, applications are accepted from the donation site. Either way, we will issue a receipt and send it to each donor. When each individual makes the payment, the application form and bank transfer form should have the name of the group.

Handling donations
When raising funds during a limited period, if you do not reach the target within a year after the date on the application form, we will not classify that as a group donation but regard it as donations from individuals with no specified purpose. However, donations for the purpose of fund management will be handled as donations for designated scholarships. Those specified for Improvement of Facilities and Renovation of the Diffendorfer Memorial Hall East Wing will be regarded as gifts from individual donors for those purposes.
