学務副学長の森本先生による新任教員の為のオリエンテーションが9月18日2限にOthmer Library 1Fで開催されました。テーマは"Liberal arts education / ICU history and mission / Promotion; Personnel Matters / Tenure and mentoring"。リベラルアーツ大学としてのICUの理念と国内外での評価等の興味深いお話の後、キリスト教・HumanityとGlobalisation・Diversity・学問の関係性について、熱い討論が交わされました！
