CTL held a workshop where participants shared their favorite efficiency tools and apps designed to enhance student life—from managing assignments and course registrations, to report writing.

Students and faculty members joined the event to showcase a wide variety of favorite tools. The exchange covered a broad spectrum of resources: traditional stationery such as ballpoint pens, erasers, and paper planners; task management techniques using LINE Keep Memo and Google Keep; information organization via Notion; and even advanced case studies of custom apps developed with Google AI Studio.

【Participants' comments (Excerpt) (*Translation from the original Japanese comments)】

"It was a great opportunity to learn about tools I’d never heard of, and it really made me rethink how I manage my tasks. We rarely get the chance to discuss our daily workflows with others, so it was a very meaningful session."

"The small group setting made it easy to jump in and exchange ideas freely."

"I’ve always been an analog person because I find that writing things down helps me remember better. However, after today, I’m inspired to start using different apps depending on the task."

"It was great to see tools that I don't normally use. I'm definitely looking forward to incorporating some of them into my own routine."
