Right before the start of the AY 2026 Autumn Term on September 1, we held a TA workshop. Following opening remarks by the CTL Director, Professor Akiko Fujii, participants divided into four groups to discuss “Uncovering the Role and Influence of TAs from the Perspectives of Students and Faculty”. Participants actively discussed desirable and undesirable behaviors in TA duties, sharing their views from the perspectives of both students and course instructors.
