Oxford EMI Training Course at ICU

After its introduction last summer, five-day EMI (English Medium Instruction) Training Course offered by Oxford University was held at ICU this March. Participants in the course were 13 university lecturers from all over Japan, including 3 ICU faculty members. The group-learning area in the Othmer Library 1F was the venue for the training course. The faciilties and equipment available there provided a good environment for participants to couduct group discussion or team teaching, a key component of the course.
